The Panda release of Distribution Engine includes the Dynamic Team members feature, which allows you to automate the administration of team memberships by using fields on user records in Salesforce. It also includes some improvements to the user interface, a new API to remove users from all teams, and a number of other minor enhancements.
Main Features
Area | Name | Description |
Teams | Dynamic Team Members | Automatically adds and removes users from teams based on their Salesforce user object. You can define up to three sets of rules to define team membership, each with their own default weighting and shift for users. This feature can be used to reduce the overhead of managing team members in orgs where team members share common field values on their user object. UI | Look & Feel improvements | We have made a number of improvements to the look and feel of the Distribution Engine configuration pages; adding labels to some fields for clarity, removing icons where they were adding visual noise and improving our styling for ease of use. |
Teams | Add new team member | We have combined the 'Add & configure' team member functionality into 'add team member.' Allowing you to choose whether you want to configure new team members when you add them. Click here for more information on adding team members. |
API | Remove users from all teams | We have added a new API to remove a user from all teams. This can be used to automate removal of a user from Distribution Engine entirely when a business process calls for it. |
Other Improvements

Widget | Widget Label no longer overridden | Distribution Engine will no longer override the label for the lightning widget, allowing it to be given a custom label. |
Test tool & Assignment Simulator | Highlight when leads are converted | The test tool and assignment simulator will now highlight when a lead is converted, as this can be a reason for distribution to fail. |
Logs | Multiple Filters | Logs can now have multiple filters applied at one time, allowing you to more easily find the log records you are after. |
Q2Q Teams | Assignment rejection removed | Assignment rejection has been removed from Q2Q teams as this feature would not function in this scenario. |
Defects Resolved

Classifier | Fixed an issue where DE Classifier Status of 'Error' was not updated when running Backfill. |
