Guest Cancel & Reschedule Bookings

Booking Engine can optionally allow guests of meetings booked via Book With Me or Handover to reschedule to a time that suits them or to cancel the booking.

This feature uses the Booking Engine External Services to allow guests to interact with the booking, both External Services and Cancel/Reschedule must be enabled by an admin on the org.

When Cancel/Reschedule is enabled, all bookings made through Booking Engine will contain a link allowing guests to either cancel or reschedule their booking. This link appears as 'Click here to reschedule' in the invitation.

When a guest cancels or reschedules a booking, the host will receive an email to update them of the change.
