Permissions - how to enable user access using permission sets

Page layouts - add Distribution Engine to lead, case and opportunity page layouts.

Email notifications - turn on Email notifications to notify users when they receive assignments, alerts or auto-reassigns.

Widget - enable the Distribution Engine home page component for notifications / availability toggle and pull distribution button.

Adding the Widget to Service Cloud Console - if you are using Sales or Service console you can add the Distribution Engine widget as a component
