Working Hours

Working hours limit the times that bookings can be made for all hosts across a booking type. You can use this to ensure that bookings do not get made during non-working hours or days for your team.

To set Working Hours, go to the Booking Type Settings for the appropriate booking type, and select Working hours from the left navigation.

On this page you can select which days are working days by clicking the toggle button next to the days of the week you want your team to work. This will then display the hours selection for that day, select a start time and an end time that you would like bookings to be able to take place.

Organisers will be unable to book outside of the selected days and hours for the booking type.

If you want to apply the same hours across all days, you click the Copy to all button which will copy the values from the selected day to all other enabled days.

Timezone

The timezone setting is used to determine which timezone the working hours set in.
