Tracking and SLAs

Distribution Engine allows you to capture the time taken to follow up on an assigned record (e.g. speed to contact a lead) and also to enforce follow up times via SLAs. Records which fail SLA times can be automatically auto-reassigned. From a team's Tracking and SLAs page you can perform the following actions:

Team-level settings

Distributor-level settings

  • For a given distributor, opt into the team's SLAs. 
  • For a given distributor, enable auto-reassign to reassign to another user. Learn more about auto-reassign.
