The Archive Logs page shows the logs for the recent records that have been archived through theauto-archive feature. For information on how to use the logs pages click here.

Log fields

The archive logs have the following information for each log:

  • Name: The name of the archived record. You can click this to navigate to the record.
  • Type: The object type of the record that has been archived, either Lead or Case.
  • Status: This shows the current value of the status field.
  • Source: The source that the record was archived from.
  • Archive Date: The date the archive took place.
  • Created Date: The date the record was created.
