The Distribution Engine Health Checker runs every hour on the hour by default. The Health Checker will check for issues with Distribution Engine. Where it finds a problem it will notify via email. The recipients of the notifications and frequency of checking are configured on the Distribution Settings tab.
A short description of each of the possible notification emails are listed below along with a link to more specific details:
- Distribution Engine scheduler restarted: Distribution Engine has encountered an error resulting in the scheduler aborting. All assignments have been interrupted.
- Distribution Engine - Distributor Failures: Distribution Engine has encountered an error with particular records preventing assignment. These records have been placed on hold.
