You may be asked by the NC Squared support team to grant login access to your org. This is a feature in Salesforce which temporarily allows engineers to check your system and diagnose any issues. To grant login access follow the steps below. There are 2 styles of user interface in Salesforce. Pick the style which reflects your org.

Grant Login Access 

  • Lightning: Click your user image/icon > Settings > Grant Account Login Access
  • New style: Go to Your Name > My Settings > Grant Login Access 
  • Old style:   Go to Setup > My Personal Information > Grant Login Accessor Grant Login Access

Give Access To - NC Squared Support and choose a time period. Usually 3 days or 1 week to allow enough time for an engineer to monitor you fix and monitor any issues.
