Can't See Distribution Engine

Classic

If you are an admin or a manager you should be able to see Distribtion Engine in the top right drop down list of applications.

Lightning

If you are an admin or manager, you will be able to find Distribution Engine in the App Launcher

If not check the following:

• Trial expired - if you have reached the end of your free trial the Distribution Engine will no longer run or be visible until you purchase licences.
• Permission sets - does the user have a Distribution Engine permission set? See Adding permission sets
• Permission to see the application - in the screenshot above you can see the Distribution Engien app listed. Visibility of this is controlled by the profile. The Adding permission sets topic also explains how to add this.
• Managed package licences - does your user have a Distribution Engine licence? See Licences
