Some customers may be out of sync with the current version of Distribution Engine or need to upgrade Sandbox orgs from older versions. Each new release can only be upgraded from the prior release. Here are links for sandbox and production installs for the most recent releases.
Several releases include a maintenance window that must complete before upgrading to the next package. A message will appear on the Distribution Console noting the maintenance period is underway.
