Support Packages

We offer two support packages. Standard comes free of charge with your licenses. Premier support is charged as a % of the license fee. These packages are detailed below. Please note business hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm Eastern time.

Premier support

  • 4 business hour response SLA
  • Phone, online & email support
  • 1 - 1 assistance to help with your setup. This is conducted remotely via screenshare. 
  • Priority given over standard support requests during busy periods.

Standard support

  • 2 business day response SLA
  • Email support only
