Overview

Book With Me allows your team to share their availability with people outside of your organisation, allowing customers and prospects to book meetings asynchronously at their convenience.

Each Host manages their own links and controls elements such as the meeting length, available booking times and event details.

Booking Engine Installation

If you have not completed the Booking Engine installation process, you can follow the install guide.

Please note that users will require the Booking Engine Host permission set to have access to Book With Me.

External Services

Before you can configure Book With Me, you must enable External Services for Booking Engine and enable the Book With Me feature.

Optional: Rescheduling and Cancellations

You can also enable the Reschedule and Cancel feature from the External Services page, which will allow your guests to cancel and reschedule meetings from links included in the event invite.

Host Calendar Connection

In order to begin configuration of Book With Me, your hosts will need to configure their calendar. Each host will need to complete the connection process for either Google or Microsoft calendars. Once this is completed they will then get access to Book With Me.

Host Book With Me Configuration

Once calendars are connected, each host will then be able to configure their Book With Me links.

Hosts can also optionally configure their User Settings to allow them to set preferences on meeting bookings.

Optional: Create Form Connectors

Form Connectors allow meetings booked through Book With Me to relate to Salesforce records. Either by finding an existing record that matches the data provided (Such as an existing Lead) or by creating a new record where one cannot be found. When associated with a record, any Salesforce events created will also be associated with the record.
