Once you have installed the Slack integration and mapped your users, you can configure the slack notifications within Distribution Engine.

To configure notifications, navigate to Distribution Settings > Integrations and go to the Manage Distributors tab.

By default, all Distributors send Slack notifications for both Distribution Engine Assignments and SLA Alerts (where appropriate), however you can disable assignments for any distributors where you do not need your team members to be notified.

You can enable and disable assignment notifications in bulk by selecting multiple rows and using the bulk action dropdown.

Disabling slack notifications for high-volume distributors or for work that does not need to be acted on urgently, can avoid notification fatigue.
