The Donut release brings two powerful new features to Booking Engine. Web Forms Booking lets you embed scheduling directly into your website—prospects and customers can book time with your team instantly, with no more asynchronous back-and-forth. The new Shared Availability links give your team a single booking link that automatically distributes incoming meetings—eliminating the need for multiple individual links or manual coordination.

Main Features

The table below outlines the key features included in the Donut release.

Feature

Description

Web forms Booking

Embed Booking Engine directly into website forms so customers and prospects can book with the right team without leaving the page. This removes manual scheduling follow-up and lets bookings complete immediately, while intent is still high. Form connectors can route submissions to different booking types, or to another outcome such as a custom on-screen message or URL redirect, based on the responses given or on data within Salesforce. You can also match incoming form data against existing Salesforce records, so that when an agent is already working a related record, any new meetings booked route to them for continuity.

Shared Availability Links

Shared Availability links let you create a single "Book With Me" link for your whole team. When a customer or prospect books a meeting, Booking Engine automatically handles routing—either showing all available slots to maximise choice, or distributing bookings fairly by assigning each new meeting to whoever booked least recently. Shared Availability links power Web Forms Booking, giving you the same routing logic for website-embedded scheduling.
